  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 2 jalapeños
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare the green sauce by blending cilantro, jalapeños, garlic, mayonnaise, lime juice, and cumin in a blender.

Notes
