  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 large egg yolks
  • 1 cup fresh mango puree
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan to form the crust.
  3. Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the egg yolks, mango puree, condensed milk, lime juice, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  5. Pour the mango mixture into the cooled crust.
  6. Bake for an additional 20 minutes or until set. Let it cool completely before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use ripe mangos.
  • Serve with whipped cream on top for added sweetness.
