Korean BBQ Meatballs are easy to make and perfectly paired with a spicy mayo dip that adds an extra kick!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and black pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small meatballs and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  5. While the meatballs are baking, mix mayo, sriracha, and lime juice in a bowl for the dip.
  6. Serve the meatballs warm with the spicy mayo dip on the side.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding chopped cilantro to the meatball mixture.
  • Adjust the sriracha level based on your heat preference.
