- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- In a large skillet, cook turkey bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove and chop.
