- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 vanilla bean
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp gelatin
