A deliciously creamy and cheesy casserole made with pierogi and beef kielbasa.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups frozen pierogi
  • 1 pound beef kielbasa, sliced
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a slow cooker, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
  2. Add the frozen pierogi and sliced kielbasa to the mixture in the slow cooker. Stir to coat.
  3. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pierogi are cooked through.
  4. Before serving, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and let it melt.
