- 4 cups frozen pierogi
- 1 pound beef kielbasa, sliced
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- In a slow cooker, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Add the frozen pierogi and sliced kielbasa to the mixture in the slow cooker. Stir to coat.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the pierogi are cooked through.
- Before serving, sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top and let it melt.
