  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp instant coffee granules
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add in the eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix the sour cream, instant coffee, and dry ingredients together.
  5. Combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  6. Pour half of the batter into a greased springform pan.
  7. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  8. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the batter in the pan.
  9. Top with the remaining batter and smooth it out.
  10. Bake for 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  11. Let cool before serving.
