  • 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar, olive oil, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl to create chimichurri.
  2. Season ribeye steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill steaks over high heat for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
  4. Remove steaks from grill and let rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve steaks topped with chimichurri sauce.
