Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Shape mixture into small tater tot shapes and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

  • For an extra crunch, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes.
