  • 1 package of cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel sauce
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 graham cracker crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the sour cream, chocolate chips, and half of the caramel sauce.
  5. Pour the mixture into the graham cracker crust.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Let the cheesecake cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
  8. Before serving, drizzle the remaining caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
