  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ½ cup caramel sauce
  • ¾ cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat together cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition; stir in vanilla extract and sour cream.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips and pecans, then pour the mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until set. Allow to cool completely.
