A delicious and comforting casserole that combines the nostalgic flavors of tomato soup and grilled cheese.

  • 2 cans condensed tomato soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 8 slices bread
  • 4 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the tomato soup and milk until well combined.
  3. Layer the bottom of a baking dish with half of the bread slices.
  4. Pour half of the tomato soup mixture over the bread.
  5. Add half of the shredded cheese on top.
  6. Repeat the layers with the remaining bread, soup mixture, and cheese.
  7. Melt butter and mix with garlic powder and onion powder; drizzle over the casserole.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
