- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 4 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1/4 cup strawberry preserves
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla, then mix in the eggs one at a time until well incorporated.
