Delicious bite-sized cups filled with creamy spinach and artichoke dip and topped with crispy turkey bacon.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 8 wonton wrappers
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a muffin tin.
  3. Press the wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Spoon the mixture into each wonton cup.
  6. Top with crumbled turkey bacon.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add crushed red pepper flakes to the mixture.
  • These cups can be made ahead of time and baked just before serving.
