- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 wonton wrappers
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Press the wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups.
- In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into each wonton cup.
- Top with crumbled turkey bacon.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
