  • 2 racks baby back ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  2. In a bowl, mix the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Rub the spice mixture all over the ribs.
  4. Place the ribs in the slow cooker and pour BBQ sauce over them.
  5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the ribs are tender.
  6. Remove the ribs and brush with additional BBQ sauce before serving.
