- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 6 additional Oreo cookies, crushed (for topping)
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a food processor, crush 24 Oreo cookies into fine crumbs. Mix with melted butter and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
