  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter to make the crust.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar and vanilla extract.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Mix in sour cream and flour until combined.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust.
  8. Bake for 50-60 minutes, until the center is set.
  9. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
