- 12 Hawaiian rolls
- 8 slices turkey bacon
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then drain on paper towels.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
- Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the cooked turkey bacon and cheese mixture on top of the rolls.
- Cover with the top halves of the rolls.
- Brush the melted butter mixed with garlic and onion powder on top of the rolls.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the rolls are golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then slice and serve.
