- 2 ribeye steaks
- 4 large potatoes
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup minced garlic
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
- In a skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic.
- Sear the steaks in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove steaks and set aside.
- Slice potatoes and arrange in a baking dish.
- Pour garlic butter over the potatoes and mix well.
