Delicious Garlic Butter Steak & Cheddar Potato Bake makes for an easy and comforting dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks
  • 4 large potatoes
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup minced garlic
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper.
  3. In a skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic.
  4. Sear the steaks in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Remove steaks and set aside.
  6. Slice potatoes and arrange in a baking dish.
  7. Pour garlic butter over the potatoes and mix well.
  8. Place the seared steaks on top of the potatoes.
  9. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
  10. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and potatoes are tender.

Notes
