- 9 lasagna noodles
- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 1 pound chicken ham
- 2 cups ricotta cheese
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, sauté chicken ham until heated through.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
- Layer 3 lasagna noodles, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, half of the crumbled turkey bacon, and half of the shredded mozzarella.
- Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, marinara sauce, and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can incorporate spinach or mushrooms into the layers.
- This recipe can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
