A delicious and quick recipe for lasagna without the need to boil noodles, featuring turkey bacon and chicken ham.

  • 9 lasagna noodles
  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté chicken ham until heated through.
  4. In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Spread a layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
  6. Layer 3 lasagna noodles, followed by half of the ricotta mixture, half of the crumbled turkey bacon, and half of the shredded mozzarella.
  7. Repeat the layers, finishing with noodles, marinara sauce, and remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  8. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  9. Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can incorporate spinach or mushrooms into the layers.
  • This recipe can be prepared ahead of time and refrigerated before baking.
