  • 1 cup molasses
  • 3 cups mascarpone cheese

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 package gingerbread cookies

Instructions

  1. Brew coffee and let it cool.
  2. In a large bowl, mix mascarpone, heavy cream, and sugar until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, combine molasses with spices.
  4. Dip gingerbread cookies in coffee and layer them in a dish.
