  • 4 large yellow onions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup chicken ham, diced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded Gruyère cheese
  • 4 slices of baguette

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced onions and turkey bacon, cooking until the onions are caramelized and the bacon is crispy.
