- 4 cups vegetable stock
- 1 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Salt to taste
