  • 12 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy. Remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, add diced onion and garlic. Sauté until fragrant and translucent.
  4. Add the chicken breasts to the skillet and cook until golden brown and cooked through. Slice the cooked chicken.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth and heavy cream, stirring to combine.
  6. Stir in Cajun seasoning and simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Add in cooked fettuccine, chicken slices, chopped bacon, and Parmesan cheese. Mix until well combined.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with additional Parmesan if desired.
