  • 1 cup diced onion
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • 2 cups frozen tater tots
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet and cook until softened.
  4. Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, garlic powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
