Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add the sugar gradually.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the vanilla extract and lemon juice.
