  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 3 cups cream cheese, softened

  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, vanilla, and flour, mixing well.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, blending each in fully before adding the next.
  5. Fold in sour cream until fully combined.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the prepared crust.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes until the center is set but slightly jiggly.
  8. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
