  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. Gradually incorporate dry ingredients into the wet mixture until smooth.
  5. Pour half of the brownie batter into a greased springform pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  6. In a bowl, beat cream cheese and caramel sauce until creamy.
  7. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the half-baked brownie layer.
  8. Add the remaining brownie batter on top and bake for an additional 25 minutes.
  9. Allow to cool completely before serving.
