- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 4 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
