Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add flour, eggs, and vanilla, mixing until combined.
  4. Pour cheesecake batter over the crust in the pan.
  5. In another bowl, mix sliced apples with cinnamon, brown sugar, oats, and nuts.
  6. Spread the apple mixture over the cheesecake layer.
  7. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
